When we run simulated visitors through landing pages, the same hesitations repeat. None needs a redesign. Most are fixed with a sentence, a number or a better button label.

1. The headline describes the product, not the result

"AI-powered workflow platform" tells a visitor nothing about their problem. Say what changes for them, in their words.

2. The audience is unclear

If a visitor cannot tell whether the page is for them, they leave. Name the person or situation near the top.

3. Pricing is hidden

Visitors assume the worst when they cannot find a price. Show it, or show a range and what drives it.

4. Proof is vague

"Trusted by thousands" is weaker than one named customer with a specific result. Anonymous testimonials read as invented.

5. Too many calls to action

When five buttons compete, none wins. Pick one primary action and make the rest quieter.

6. The button label is generic

"Submit" and "Get started" say little. "See my review" or "Get my free quote" says what happens next.

7. The offer has a catch that appears late

Card required, minimum term, usage limits: if the catch shows up at checkout, trust drops. Say it up front.

8. It reads badly on a phone

Tiny text, crowded headers and tap targets that are too close together lose visitors fast. Check at 375 pixels wide.

9. Claims without evidence

"Best," "fastest" and "most accurate" invite doubt. Replace them with a number, a source or a comparison people can check.

10. No clear next step after the click

Visitors hesitate when they cannot picture what happens after they act. Add a short "what happens next" line near the button.

How to find yours

Read your page as a stranger would, then check whether a panel of simulated visitors raises the same points. If several of them name the same problem, fix it first.
