Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Reaction AI LLC, doing business as RealReaction AI ("RealReaction AI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

What the service is

RealReaction AI reviews web pages using a panel of AI-simulated visitors. The panelists are generated by artificial intelligence — they are not real people, not a recruited research panel, and not your actual customers. Scores, reactions, friction points, recommended fixes, and redesign previews are advisory suggestions. They are not professional marketing, legal, accessibility, medical, or financial advice, and we don't guarantee any particular business outcome.

All feedback, scores, copy, fixes, previews, rebuilt pages, PDFs, copy snippets, and other outputs are recommendations only. You must independently review, verify, and test them before publishing or relying on them. You alone decide whether and how to change your website and are responsible for implementation, accuracy, accessibility, legal compliance, customer experience, conversions, and business results.

Your account

• You need an account to run tests. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Each account and subscription is licensed to one named individual. Don't share login credentials or access across a company, department, agency, or other group.
• You're responsible for activity under your account; tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.
• You must be at least 16 years old.

Acceptable use

You agree to test only pages you own or have permission to test, and not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal, deceptive, harassing, or infringing.
• Submit pages containing malware, or content that is unlawful where you or we operate.
• Use the service for bulk scraping, competitive data harvesting, or automated crawling beyond normal use of the product.
• Resell or sublicense the service, or white-label it beyond the branded report features included with Agency, without our written permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the service, circumvent plan limits, or interfere with its operation or security.
• Submit reports through bots, scripts, or other automated means, or repeatedly start reports outside ordinary interactive use, unless we agree to that use in writing.

We may monitor usage for security, capacity, licensing, abuse, and fair-use enforcement. If use is excessive, automated, shared, abusive, circumvents a limit, or creates a legal or security risk, we may warn, throttle, slow, pause, suspend, or terminate access, with or without advance notice or refund, and may require an appropriate multi-user or custom agreement. We may also remove offending content.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Free access. Accounts include one free website review each month with limited report access, and two free photo tests as a one-time trial, with no card required.
• Starter — $19 once. 8 shared credits. Growth — $49 once. 24 shared credits. Scale — $79 once. 48 shared credits. Buy once, or turn on auto-renew. These plans have the same features and are for your own websites, up to three domains. Reviewing client sites requires Agency.
• Agency — $99, $149 or $299/month. 70, 120 or 250 shared credits per month for up to 5, 10 or 25 client sites, with score history, custom audiences, white-label branded reports and PDFs, and reports organized by client.
• Shared credits. Credits from any paid plan work for websites and photos and expire 12 months after issue. Unused credits stay valid until their original expiry. Credits closest to expiry are spent first. A page review or follow-up uses 1 credit; a journey of up to ten pages or a Before & After rebuild uses 2 credits; a photo test uses 0.25 credit. Additional credits are available by buying Starter, Growth or Scale.
• One person per plan. Each plan covers one named individual, not an entire company or team. For additional seats or organization-wide use, contact [email protected].
• Cancel anytime. Cancel from the Billing area of your account. Cancellation stops future charges; all existing credits remain valid until they expire.
• 14-day money-back guarantee. A purchase or auto-renew charge can be refunded within 14 days of the charge if none of that purchase's credits have been used. Email [email protected] to request one.
• No refunds for partial periods. Fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused allowances, except under the 14-day money-back guarantee above or where required by law.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
• If a payment fails, we may retry it and suspend access until the balance is settled.
• Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.
• We may change pricing or plan features with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
• Plan limits and fair-use limits are described on the pricing page and may be adjusted to prevent abuse.

Auto-renew

Auto-renew for Starter, Growth and Scale is optional and off by default. If you turn it on, you authorize the plan price to be charged each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your account. Canceling stops future charges, and existing credits stay valid until they expire, 12 months after they were issued. We email you 7 and 3 days before each renewal. Agency remains a monthly subscription.

Your content and our content

You keep ownership of the URLs, screenshots, and other material you submit, and of the reports generated for you. You grant us the permission needed to process that material in order to deliver the service — including retrieving your pages, capturing images of them, and sending their content to our AI provider to produce feedback. You confirm you have the rights to submit what you submit.

We own the service itself — the software, prompts, design, and branding. Nothing here transfers those rights to you. We may use aggregated, anonymized statistics (for example, typical scores by page type) to improve and benchmark the service; these never identify you or your pages.

Photo tests

When you upload photos for a panel review, you keep full ownership of them. By uploading, you confirm that you own the photos or have permission to use them, and that any recognizable person in them has agreed to their image being used this way.

You may not upload photos that contain:

• Nudity, sexual or sexually suggestive content.
• Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors. We have zero tolerance: the account is closed immediately and the matter is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement, as US law requires.
• Images shared without the consent of the people shown, or that reveal private personal information.
• Hate symbols, hateful or harassing content, graphic violence or gore.
• Illegal drugs, weapons sales, or anything else unlawful.

Automated screening. Every uploaded photo is checked by automated safety filters before any review runs. We may refuse to review any photo, without explanation, and a refused test does not count against your allowance. We may remove content, disable share links, and suspend accounts that break these rules, and we may keep the records the law requires us to keep.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not responsible for downtime or degraded performance caused by things outside our control, including internet and network outages, your own hosting or site configuration, routine or emergency maintenance, and failures of third-party providers we rely on — cloud hosting, AI providers, screenshot capture, email delivery, and payment processing.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the feedback, scores, redesign previews, or recommendations are accurate or complete, or that acting on them will improve your results. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reaction AI LLC is not responsible for losses, reduced performance, negative results, or adverse customer experiences caused by your implementation of, or reliance on, any service output or recommendation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, even if we've been advised such damages are possible.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the total amount you actually paid us in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you're on the free trial. These limits apply regardless of the legal theory and even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

All obligations under these terms are obligations of Reaction AI LLC only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no member, manager, officer, employee, or agent of Reaction AI LLC has personal liability for any claim relating to the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violation of these terms, non-payment, or legal risk. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll revise the "last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
