Privacy Policy

Last updated November 4, 2026

Reaction AI LLC, doing business as RealReaction AI ("RealReaction AI", "we", "us"), runs your web pages past a panel of AI-simulated visitors and returns feedback on what's confusing and what to fix. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. Questions? Email [email protected].

What we collect

  • Account information. Your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — your name and profile picture as provided by Google.
  • What you submit for testing. The page URLs you enter and any screenshots you upload, plus the page type you select and any audience profiles you create.
  • Photos you upload for photo tests. The photos themselves and the purpose and notes you give them. Every photo passes through automated safety screening, and approved photos are sent to our AI provider to produce panel feedback.
  • Content we retrieve. The publicly available content of the pages you ask us to test, including text and screen captures of those pages.
  • Reports we generate. The panel feedback, scores, recommended fixes, and any redesign previews produced from your tests.
  • Payment information. Subscription plan and status. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our systems.
  • Basic technical and usage data. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, report-start activity, and plan usage, used for security, troubleshooting, capacity planning, and enforcing account and plan limits.

How we use it

  • To run your tests and generate your reports.
  • To show your test history, benchmarks, and saved audiences.
  • To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
  • To process payments and send billing and account emails.
  • To compare reviews you run with previous scores in your score history.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
  • To detect automated overuse, account sharing, and attempts to bypass plan limits.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or third-party marketing.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers needed to operate RealReaction AI, and only as much as they need:

  • Our hosting, database, and authentication provider, which stores your account and reports.
  • The AI providers that generate the panel feedback: Google's Gemini models, accessed through the Lovable AI Gateway. They receive the page text, screenshots and photos being reviewed.
  • The screenshot services that capture images of the pages you test: thum.io, with Microlink as a backup.
  • Stripe, which processes payments and stores your card details under its own privacy policy.
  • Our email delivery provider, for account and notification emails.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case we'll notify you.

Analytics and cookies

We use our hosting provider's built-in visit analytics to count page views and see, in aggregate, which pages are visited, the referring site, and the browser and device type. We don't use advertising cookies or sell this information.

We also use Google Analytics on realreaction.ai to understand page visits and navigation. Google Analytics uses analytics cookies and receives information about your browser, device and visited pages. It starts automatically without a cookie banner. We honor previously saved analytics declines and leave it off when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Advertising features are disabled. You can limit cookies in your browser settings or use Global Privacy Control to prevent our Google Analytics tracking.

We use essential browser storage (cookies and local storage) to keep you signed in, remember choices such as a plan you picked before signing up, and keep your display preferences. Our payment provider, Stripe, may set its own cookies during checkout to prevent fraud. You can clear these in your browser settings; signing out ends your session.

Google sign-in

If you sign in with Google, we request only the basic scopes openid, userinfo.email, and userinfo.profile. We use them solely to create and identify your account. We never read, write, or post anything else in your Google account, and we do not access Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service.

How long we keep it

Your reports, screenshots, and saved audiences stay in your account until you delete them or close your account. When you close your account, we delete your personal data and reports within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal, tax, or accounting reasons. Backups are purged on a rolling basis.

Photos uploaded for photo tests are kept privately while your account is active. Deleting a photo test removes its photos from our storage straight away, along with the panel feedback. Photos refused by our safety screening are not reviewed; where the law requires it (for example, suspected child exploitation), we keep the related records and report them to the authorities. Photos you add to an optional audience profile are stored the same way, used only to describe your style and audience for your own tests, and are removed straight away when you delete the photo or the whole profile.

Your choices

  • Delete individual reports from your dashboard at any time.
  • Request a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion of your account by emailing [email protected].
  • Unsubscribe from non-essential email using the link in any such message.
  • Cancel your subscription from the billing page in your dashboard.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls that scope your reports and account records to you. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a breach affecting your data as required by law.

Children

RealReaction AI is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We'll revise the "last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll notify you by email or in the app.
